Return and Refund policy

At Saree Aura, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, we have a No Refund Policy, except in cases where a product is found to be defective* or incorrect. Please review the details of our refund process below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will only be issued for products that are defective* or if the wrong product was delivered.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product and provide a full unpacking video showing the defect or error.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, email us at chindakbs@yahoo.co.in with your Order ID, the unpacking video, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Once we receive your request and the returned product (if applicable), we will inspect the item to verify its condition.

3. Refund Approval

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be provided for products that have been used, washed, or tampered with.
  • Products that have a missing tag, blouse material cut, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If a refund is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Final Discretion

Chindak Textiles reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the inspection of returned products.

 

 

*Color variations of up to 10% or minor irregularities in handloom products, which are characteristic of handmade items, are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund.
